Spiritual Background of Jamaicans*
Jamaica has the highest church to people ratio than anywhere in the world. Jamaicans know all about God and Jesus Christ. However, the Jamaican view of "religion" in very legalistic. Jamaicans believe that you must first make yourself acceptable to God for Him to accept you. This means perfecting your physical appearance, wealth, job status, and "works." We wanted to emphasize to the Jamaicans what it is like to have a personal relationship with God, and the joys of the Lord.

About Won By One to Jamaica*
"Won By One To Jamaica is located in the rural, mountainous community of Harmons in South Central Jamaica. The ministry has strategically intended to have a big impact on this small place by working to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the people in this community. After 20 years of ministry here, we have seen many, many lives changed....
What an exciting experience to watch God work in this way. We hope you will join us soon in making this happen in your own life and the lives of those you touch in our tiny part of the island.
